We eat mostly low-carb/high-fat, but we aren’t always so strict about it. When I was further from my goal weight, we were much more strict. As you probably noticed from our photo on the home page, Silvia doesn’t really have a weight problem. Yet she has walked with me every step of the way since we met. I think it is incredibly important that your partner and others who are close to you be made aware of your goals. And it’s important for you to ask for their help.
